Bill kicks off this bluesy jazz standard with the late, great Pam Bricker sitting in with ex-bandmates Pete Kennedy, guitar, Wade Matthews, bass and Larry Taylor, drums. Pam, in addition to her jazz work, was also the singer on the Thievery Corporation hit, "Lebanese Blonde."

  • A precious moment; so full of life.

  • The person who disliked this must have accidently clicked it due to their computer freezing!! This is amazing:) Lebanese Blonde was my gateway song into a genre so intoxicating and always impressive. Wade Matthews jr is a very close friend of mine and I only wish that I could have had the opportunity to meet his super talented father. (His son follows very closely on the talented music path) Thank you for sharing this with us:)

  • Karukas,

Thanks, you're more than kind to all.

    Bill

  • Nice, Bill.

    Bruce has a great approach.

    Wade, certified monster.

Never had the pleasure to work with Pam since I had left DC, before she got there. But, everyone always said if I ever needed a singer (besides Shelby Flint) to call her.

  • Go Pam & Bill:)and Wade of course

  • Hi Bill, I cannot believe I ran across you on youtube. You know me from back in the day when you played at Columbia Station. I am Joe M.'s daughter. How are you doing? Whole new band now. Glad to see you started playing again. I still love your rendition of "Moon Dance". Wish you had that here because it always blew me away. Thanks for the music.

  • My apols, In my rush to get Pam up there, I forgot to list my old pal. Bruce Swaim is Tops, brother. Period. Check out his stuff on "Do Right."

  • Missing from the personnel list is Bruce Swaim on tenor sax.Great guy and an excellent player. Go Bruce!

  • Inman Sq. in the 70's, i had a wicked crush on her. beautiful, beautiful singer, great repertoire, and not a faker. so sad she's gone. once again you-tube and the great posters prove the worth of the internet. thank you.
