Looks like to me that you did not read the manual or the label on the side of the door that tells you what types of tyres to use.

hey i get a smart next week, just wondering how the hell did it manage to flip like that? :S i am confused and scared lol i thought and have seen videos that the ECS stability prevents that lol

He changed the wheels to some aftermarket ones. It may of changed the wheel base/height, hence making the car unstable.....
