i saw your KTM 250 sxf on craigslist. how did you paint your frame orange? just with car paint? and did it start to get boot rub and rub off? thanks

For frames I use Dupont IMRON industrial epoxy which is the very next best and toughest compared to powdercoat, in some ways its better. I used semi gloss matched exactly to KTM orange. Any auto body supplier that deals Dupont can do this for you. Nothing I know of can withstand the high wear areas. KTM offers really nice plastic frame protectors. I have in the past masked of the rub areas and used a good brush on truck bed liner, that holds up pretty well.
