I've watched all of these episodes now. That should say something - I cared enough to watch them all. On the other hand, I have to say I prefer the 1954 series with Ronald Howard. It's a simpler production, and less was spent on it, but Howard actually made a good Holmes. This guy never convinces me that he's Sherlock Holmes, and not just another character. The 1954 series did go to far with the humor sometimes, but mostly the humor is quite charming. Just my .02.

@ 7.53 "You wouldn't be put off by the sight of a corpse?"......"I'm a doctor"...."Oh yes, of course, I forgot." Great dialogue.

Thank you so much for uploading this! I haven't seen these in 30 years, and never in English. Thanks!

"Is that a gun?" . . . no shit, Sherlock.
Watson at the beginning seems to be trying to get Holmes to say "Elementary, my dear Watson," even though he can't possibly attach any importance to the phrase.
Ooh, he's almost too pretty to be Sherlock.
I don't like how they keep repeating everything. The viewer is not a moron, Show.
