Mugen: Cheap Character Tournament Round 2

Because you all wanted it, here's part 2 of the cheap character tournament.

Stage: Practice Makes Deadly
BGM: Force Your Way (FF VIII)

Team 1:

SoulGen: Cheap AI, overpowered moves, and he has too many dash moves where he becomes invincible.

Mech Zangief: First off, this guy has super armor, which really isn't all that bad, so what makes this guy cheap? Three words: Final Atomic Buster. This move knocks off 75% of your health, and you can't knock him out of it either.

Evil Soul: His moves are a bit overpowered, but the real problem is this guy's health regeneration ability. When his HP get's low enough, he start's to regenerate it at a fast pace.

Slash Beast: Uber cheap AI, spams the area way to much, overpowered moves, 1 hit kill attack, the works.

Team 2:

Cyber Shredder: Sort of like the downgraded version of Lord Shredder, but still very cheap. Cheap AI, and he can actually use a few of Lord Shredder's moves.

Warakia/Count Dracula: Uber Cheap AI, too many invinciblity frames, overpowered moves.

Overlord: Extremely overpowered! A sinle punch or kick from this guy knocks off about 25% of your health! He also shrugs off attacks as if they were nothing.

MegaWeapon/Omega Weapon Ryu: 0_0 Good lord, what a crazy cheese head this guy is! About 1 million invinciblity frames, he can counter one attack into another, overpowered moves, and he's got a 1 hit kill attack.

Were the hell is chuck norris here?!?! I have a version of him that can't be hit and can 1 shot anybody with a strong punch. Hell he throws the sun on people and his win pose is him turning the lights off on the deathstar.
