OMG....I made this and have the fryer that you have and never used it much. Kids went fishing at Destin and brought home some really great white fish. I went looking for a batter that would taste like The Fish Market. And you did it. We all loved this.....thank you so much for your recipe!!!! So awesome!!!!

Hehehe, you made Fish and fries. One cannot have proper Fish & Chips without Vinegar! Tartar sauce with Fish and Chips? I think Not!

Was easy to follow .Hubby & I liked this batter very much.I also made my tarter sauce but, used pickle relish. I wonder why not light ale? I had to use light ale today as here in GA can not buy liquor on Sunday so,used what we had on hand still was crispy. Thank You.
