Hey man! Love your ab workout! One question though: how long do you rest between each exercise? I usually do 1 min of each exercise and 1 min break. Ive been doing that for a while now and I think I can start having 30 sec breaks now. How do u do it? do you rest at all? :P

@EyeProbablyNeedHelp muscle helps to burn fat so lift, do cardio, eat right and you'll eventually get to where you want to be

@shakelightly I don't see any FAQ on your website. Also, before building muscle (any muscle) would you recommend getting rid of all fat before attempting to build muscle? Or will the excess be burnt off as I gain the muscle? I recently lost 50lbs (fat) but am looking to lose 30lbs more. I don't know if I should try to lose the excess fat before building the muscle or just go ahead and start a weight training program. I will also still be doing 40 minutes of Cardio --

This is probably the best ab workout ive tried so far. i'd add 20-30 regular crunches before all this, and throw in some side ab contractions ("im a little teapot" motion, dont know the name). other than that this is awesome and really gets my abs feeling burnt, thanks a tonne dude!!

very very good.....but rep numbers or a recommended time for each excercise would be usefull too but ill figure out something myself.
