yes another mangekyou sharingan, and yet again it is itachi's but this is what it looks like when he activates amatertsu "Sun God" - The Black Flame.
this mysterious ninjutsu is said to burn until it's target is fully eredicated. whatever itachi has in his sights when he activates this horrifying eye technique is eredicated. intense heat, the technique takes alot out of itachi when he uses it and as you see he bleeds from the eye =\ that sucks.
