XBOX 360 Commercial - Rock Band 2 - Live Your Moment

The song was made by an advertising company called "Robot Repair". (Not a band name, just the company name)

The composer of the music is Kael Alden who works for "Robot Repair" and the track is called "Lights Go On."

Right now they don't have an extended version of it, but they mentioned in the adtunes.com forums that sometimes they will make extended versions if people really like a certain track.

Feel free to go there and let them know we want the track! Unfortunately I couldn't register for adtunes forums for some reason but if anyone has an account, put your vote in so we can hopefully see an mp3 of this track in the future.

Thanks to everyone in this post for your help hunting down the song! Especially jamesnhaley, who reminded me that there was an adtunes post going - I had seen that before but no one was responding and I didnt bother checking it again.

the reason you guys can't find anything is because robot repair isn't a band or something, they make music specifically for advertisements. go to the robot repair site and hit their demos they got hundreds of things like this up for download. Unfortunately, Lights Go On was never made into a track on their site, and this commercial is the only place you can hear it

I found the song "Milk Floats" by "Woodcraft Folk". It is unfortunately NOT the song.

Havent been able to find "Robot Repair" "Lights Go On"...anyone know if that's definitely it?

I really want to say it sounds like this band Woodcraft folk, A friend of mine swears that it's the song milk floats, but I can't really find an mp3 for download anywhere. I'm pretty confident on this just judging from their other songs, but check it out and let me know.

Hmm....not sure, I cant find anything by them other than their myspace. I would assume that if it were them that they would put that song and make a note of it on their myspace page ya know? Being in a Microsoft commercial is a big deal.

It was just written for the commercial. If we want to get a full version of the song, we have to let Robot Repair know, and they said if they get enough interest they will make a full version.

Have you tried sending a e-mail directly to the xbox division of microsoft? It's possible that it was a small piece composed specifically for that commercial. I'm hoping that's not the case.
