With two Union Pacific GEVOs waiting just beyond, one of Indiana Harbor Belt's new 3GS21B gensets from NRE (#2140- currently the unit is one of four on the roster) shoves a long cut of cars for Corn Products and other local industries into the interchange yard at Argo Junction. In the distance can be seen the Belt Railway of Chicago connection to the north, the yard tower, the CN / IC Joliet Sub diamonds, and the bridge over the Sanitary & Ship Canal.

Later, not far away at the western approaches to the BRC's Clearing Yard, a Canadian Pacific manifest leaves the yard, heading north. It will eventually work its way to Franklin Park and the UP/CP 'New Line' before running up to Wisconsin and the Twin Cities. CP AC4400CW #9829 and Soo Line SD60 #6054 lead the train across 63rd street in Bedford Park.

Two blocks south at 65th Street and not long after the first train, a southbound CP manifest heads for Clearing. ES44AC #8870 and AC4400CW #9774, which wears an interesting US-Canada flag logo in addition to the modern "Beaver" paint scheme, both lead the train south.

~Thanks for watching!~
