One day my history teacher asked if anyone knew our nation's national anthem. I was the only one who raised my hand. He asked me to sing it and I did all the way through. No mistakes. Just pride.

Great song!

@Beatlesful Why would she? You don't lose your voice as you age unless you have bad habits, afaik.

I really like her version of this song; her notes makes it interesting. However, I think she was a tad bit [but noticeably] off on the last note but mostly fixes it during the vibrato. I love you EA, but I couldn't help but cringe at the last note. DX

Why the fuck do I use headphones? No wonder if I can hear :'D

this is a great song, but she sings it with awesome flair.I had to sing it and I hated hitting the normal notes

Hope Emilie doesn't lose her voice as she gets older when she reaches those high notes or all those dazzles lol

There are a LOT of accidentals in this. And I mean accidentals as in a musical term. When you sharpen or flat a note in a key where it would be otherwise. Look, I like EA (to a healthy point), but there is a time and place to makes songs your own. When it is something very well known, historical, OR classical, do NOT modify it. Modify single songs that were written by YOU. People shouldn't be flipping things like this around, Vivaldi, Beethoven, ect. Come on now, don't fix what ain't broke!

I love this! I love EA! She should sing at the super bowl!
I would actually go to a sports game if it was EA singing the National Anthem...

If you've heard Emilie's other stuff (and not just one song), then this version makes more sense. Love it.
