We sing this one a lot at my church. It's especially appropriate when the First Reading is from 1 Samuel 3:1-21.“Then the Lord called Samuel, and he said, ‘Here I am!’ and ran to Eli and said, ‘Here I am, you called me.’ Eli said, ‘I did not call; lie down again.’...Now Samuel did not yet know the Lord.... Eli perceived that the Lord was calling Samuel. Eli said to him, ‘Go, lie down, and if He calls you, you say, “Speak, Lord, for your servant hears.”’
