I finished 1st in Teen bench, 2nd in Teen ironman, 2nd in Teen powerlifting, 1st in Men open bench, 1st in Men open ironman, and 1st in Men open powerlifting.

@CoRkSkr3w thanks for the reponse, yea way easier. Competed in the 165lb weight at a weight of 150lbs class and had the following totals : squat - 370, bench - 280, deadlift - 405. Deadlift due to bad back issues. Thanks for the comment man, totaling 1000+lbs at 150 is good tho!!

Well, at the Cornhuskers state games they don't use normal weights people think. They use KG... And i'm in it to and it's fun, and improves your lifting...
