Mike Smith Sideline Incident

Atlanta Falcons Head Coach Mike Smith was hit with a $15,000 fine this week by the NFL following the altercation that took place on the Falcons' sideline after a late hit on QB Matt Ryan who had run out of bounds. CB DeAngelo Hall said he was going to ask the league to look into it because Smith and the Falcons fitness coach put their hands of him. He said Smith threatened to kick his butt. Smith claims he was only trying to restore order. After being notified of the fine, Smith said that he has "moved on from it...I'm ready to get prepared for the Carolina Panthers." Owner Arthur Blank said that he was behind Smith 100 percent. The video clip is what Smith said about the incident following the Falcons win over the Washington Redskins. .
