@LaserBeam002 There is such a thing as location. Places can be very expensive because they are in high demand, e.g. city center, Beverly Hills etc.

I see nothing worth 6 million. Just because it is in Beverly Hills doesn't make it worth that much especially in todays economy. 6 million where I live would buy you twice this much house...maybe more. Plus a lot of land around it for privacy and I'm in the U.S

Great shot of the CORNER of the utility room. That will definitely make me want to buy this home! Also, if I were on a roller coaster I could get less shaky video! This is how you market and merchandise your home? A 6-MILLION dollar property and you don't even care enough to show a little bit of professionalism. You are in LA for crying out loud; surrounded by some of the best video people in the world ; wow! Do you REALLY believe this video does your client a real and positive service?

I really like this place. It has proper style to it. Im guessing this was built in the 60s early 70s? So much better than the huge big houses that are built for moron sports stars with no taste!! Modern houses have no style or taste, just watch MTV cribs to see what I mean!!
