The magnificent Chateau d'Or is an incomparably majestic estate occupying approximately 2.5 prime acres within prestigious Bel Air.

The estate also sports its own great room and theater; a cigar and wine tasting room; and a gym, steam room, and spa/salon. There is also two stately offices with lustrous hardwood floors and handsome custom woodwork throughout -- including the walls, ceiling, and built-in shelves. In addition to three other huge bedroom suites there are also rooms for staff and personnel.

The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are fabulous, and a spectacular cupola-covered pavilion leads to the lighted championship tennis court. The exotic gardens and beautiful grounds include features such as mature palm trees and a koi pond; fountains, plazas, and verandas; and intimate European-style grottos. The lighting of both the buildings and the landscape at night is also absolutely breathtaking.

Other amenities include a 2-story guest house overlooking the pool plus a third house and a large motor court with a garage that can easily accommodate 20 or more vehicles. Additionally, the entire property is bordered with impressive privacy walls and gates to ensure the discreet security and exclusivity of this private paradise.

It's extremely luxurious, it beautiful, its charming, but would you really want to live in a 20,000 ft home? It's so big, there's nothing cozy any more. I'd be scared to sit somewhere withouth breaking an antique or something.

Beautiful house. Awful presentation. The house deserves better. :( It's like somebody just opened a box of video editing toys and couldn't decide which to use, so they used 'em all.
