the worst part about this is that often times even BLACK COPS will treat black men the same unfair way. Profile them, mistreat them, etc. Its almost like they are brainwashed into believing all black men are up to no good. The fact of the matter though is that with "Technology", camers, video recorders etc. more and more of this will be exposed. Shit these days some people have video recorders on their cell phones, COPS get ur act together. Or you can be the next (Rodney king) 'video star"

How is asking why you are being arrested being uncooperative? How is wanting to know what you are signing your name to being uncooperative? Why would you sign something that you don't understand, when you know that they will use it against you in court?

And yet, most blacks (and most people in general) vote Democrat and Republican. One would think that people who are mercilessly preyed upon by government would figure things out and start voting Libertarian, and learn about their rights as informed jury members. Oh well, I guess the regulation and welfare are worth it to them. So much for "self-ownership".

I agree with srick64. I really think u were uncooperative with them. U make it seem like everyone is innocent and they don't commit a crime. And in Carson the majority I black people. That's why u saw alot if them.

last time i checked not all cops are from white and simi valley..lots are from south central la,compton,etc...and they come in all colors white,black,brown.. maybe if you quit breaking laws youd quit going to jail. oh and refer to the california penal code maybe for why you are in jail

Not these Simi Valley guys. These cops unlawfully stopped this guy. This guy has not broken any law. You don't get it at all. This guy gets stopped for no reason. He's black. That's it. He's driving while Black. The unlawful conduct in this instance is the false arrest report on the part of Sheriff Deputy Ceshier. What this guy was doing was simply lawfully driving down the road. Listen to what he says in the video. It happens too often all over America. Wake up.
