Before successfully craning the narrowboat Zinfandel out of the water, the crane operator made two false starts. The first time, the boat gradually tilted towards the stern as the water drained out of the ballast tanks. The second time, he had adjusted the straps too far aft to counteract that problem, and the opposite effect occurred. The third attempt (shown in a separate video) was successful.
