Comfortable and refined, the Toyota Highlander ranks among the best three-row SUVs. The hybrid version gets amazing fuel economy but is expensive. It is Consumer Reports 2012 Top Pick Family SUV. Watch the rest of our Top Pick videos: http://bit.ly/x2fbge

  • @Anglynn74 so you have a 2004 highlander...i've always wondered if SUV's, even Toyota SUV's need more maintenance and repair than a reliable compact car like the corolla or camry? 2004 is not that old so you shouldn't of had to make any major repairs yet but i'm wondering if you do around the 15 year mark. How many miles do you have on it?

If i buy something, i want it at least 20 years and 250k miles.

  • In your reviews you should give actual figures like: "It has decent fuel economy": What are the numbers?? "It ha plenty of power": how much horse power and torque?? "Its faster than the normal V6": what's the 0-60 time??

Making comments like that make this a very uninformative review.

  • front kinda looks like a scion

  • its kinda cool

  • @TheUkrainePower depending on the trim u morron. the v6 has a 5speed, the 4cyl has a 6spedd. get ur facts straight before callin someone stupid. these guys are Engineers, they DO know what they talking about, unlike other car reviewers

  • Toyota sucks!Honda rocks!!!!

  • I have an o4 Highlander, 4 cyl, decent car. I'm wondering if I have that 3rd row seatring, never bothered to look. Only issues I have w/ it is the passenger window gets stuck sometimes rolling down or up & the transmission bucks into gear w/ hesitation sometimes when going uphill, other than that it's a good car.

  • For some reason, I just like this guy 's way of talking.

  • Yes. I'd like to think it's practical, efficient and comfortable. Except for the ipod connectivity. Please see the video response. Thanks.

  • imo, styling is very bland, if it didnt have the badge i wouldnt know what car make it is
