HOW TO - make 1.7 brat wagon wheels for 12mm hex

1.7 wheel for 1/10 scale trucks using Tamiya Brat wheels. Better scale appearance of a 17" wheel. Requires cutting and reducing 1.9 tire to 1.7.

haha, yeah, yours are the first set I ever made. Came out perfect. Took forever though, lol. I've got it down to about 15-20 minutes per wheel, not including sanding the lip down.
