材料:芋頭去皮300g、細砂糖150g、奶油100g、餅乾30g、低筋麵粉100g、太白粉20g、泡打粉6g、蛋1顆、水150g、沙拉油60g 做法:先把芋頭去皮蒸熟後放入調理盆中,加入細砂糖、奶油用手攪拌均勻即可完成內餡,準備餅乾把內餡包在中間,再來用過篩器把低筋麵粉、太白粉、泡打粉過篩到調理盆中,再加入蛋、沙拉油、水一起攪拌均勻,再把之前包好的餅乾整個沾裹麵糊,再準備油鍋溫度約180度把沾好麵糊的餅乾放入炸,炸到雙面金黃後即可取出裝盤,這樣就完成芋頭餅
