Nikki Ramirez, the mother who was videotaped while spraying her 2 1/2-year-old daughter with a high-pressure water hose at an Orlando car wash was arrested on child abuse charges and has bailed out of jail.

Nikki Ramirez, who is pregnant, told authorities she did it because the child was throwing a tantrum, and that she did not have the hose on full blast.

The little girl is with her grandmother and Nikki can only have supervised visits.

This wasn't that serious for the mom to be arrested over though like for real. There have been way worse cases of child abuse. But what exactly is child abuse like for real? Beating ur child is child abuse but punishing them for doin something wrong that's just parenting. Idk man this wasn't that serious granted it coulda took skin off but the lil girl was cool so

1) it's not a fucking garden hose u have in ur backyard dumb fucks.. so I'm pretty sure it would hurt on a KID!

Those types of hoses CAN take the skin off...especially those with the gun like nozzle. I once accidentally ran my hand in front one while washing my mothers vehicle and it painfully sprayed the skin off of part of my finger...thank God this didnt happen to that little girl.

@Chandler312 I know this is off the subject, but are you saying that you are against American's Constitutional right to peaceably assemble? And that any assembly to express grievances against your government is a threat against the structure of society? I agree that if you cause bleeding that it is abuse. When you spank, bruising or welts may occur as a result.
