This is a gross mis-interpretation of reality. Certain taxes are obviously necessary for infrastructure. MOST of these taxes should be collected by the state at local levels. The federal government sticks its head where it doesnt belong because polititions know thats how to get the poor to vote for them. This is why our country's founders mandated that you must first be a property owner before you could vote.
