@TheAYLives wow thanks for the tips =D i think ill keep it on 1070.. looks isnt the best for me... its no point having the looks if your playing the game at 5fps LOL

@DjMell0 1040 takes a considerably better PC to run smoothly. So I'm afraid the answer is no, it will run smoother on 1070 but will look better on 1040.

@TheAYLives Thanks for answering all my curious questions. So with the patch 1040 my GTA 4 will run with better fps and look better with iCE's when compared to patch 1060 / 1070?

@DjMell0 I don't mind at all. As far as I'm informed, since the patch 1060 the rendering system of GTA4 was altered in some degree. iCE's modifications work better with the previous rendering method.
