I'm Voting for John McCain because, in 5 years I want to watch my son go off to fight and possibly die for his country, because I think that we can pray the gay out of any of my gay friends, because I don't want those student loans for myself or my friends, because my grandmother doesn't need her medicare or her SSI check, but most importantly because I want to watch the rich get richer while I starve and eventually die.

It's nice to see John McCain supporting gang rape with opposing an amendment to the Defense Appropriations bill that basically says the government wont give money to contractors that wont let employees take them to court if they are raped, beaten or discriminated against at work. Makes me glad I voted for Obama.

Actually... When working as a bill collector for a prominent regional ambulance service I learned very quickly that the gov't doesn't cover your ambulance bill on a 911 call. Mind you - many of the folks with outstanding bills were just as uninformed as you.... But nope - those bills (AS WELL AS THE MEDICAL BILLS) are self-pay/insurance billed in the state where I live. Perhaps other states have a different policy....

Because its not always a choice. I dont know how much rape kits cost but i guarantee there are women out there who cant afford it. So should the assailant go free? Then we'll live in a society where rapists target the poor. You republicans cant step out of your comfortable lives and see the world from someone else's view.
