well, it is objective in the sense that this is the brand of spa cover that we have chosen to sell because we think it is of a high quality. in the video, we state all the reasons that we feel it is a good cover, and mention features that you should look out for when shopping for a spa cover (whether you get it from us or someone else). hope this helps :o) dan

I am planning to purchase a spa cover and searched youtube for reviews. It became clear within seconds that while this is pitched as a product review (ie: Objective, unbiased?), really they sell this cover and are trying to get you to buy their cover. Content may be accurate, but hard to tell since credibility in question. They should have just said "this is why you think you should buy our cover" instead of pretending to be objective.

An advertisement is an ad.
An objective review is unbiased.
This is not unbiased and to that extent is misleading and would make me not want to order from you since the message is misrepresented at the outset.
