We are probably the fastest people to crank out a new season EVER. XD We weren't planning to, but our cousins were here, so we figured, why not? XD Enjoy~

OceanHeart is the story of a girl named Rizu who finds a strange heart shaped stone on her doorstep one night, and ever since then, becomes a mermaid whenever she touches water! Her younger sister Michi soon becomes very entangled in this as well, and from then on it's pure and utter chaos! Enjoy!

Just so no one asks or thinks I stole or whatever, the mermaid clip at the opening is from the anime Mermaid Melody.
