CFT v4.5 is the next progression in Chemical Friction Technology. The CFT v4.5 coverstock has a lower friction factor than CFT 3.5 which improves length through the heads and mid-lane without
sacrificing the quick response and improved traction on the back-end.

  • @ZeroTuck I agree, this ball works better when the lanes break down a bit and oil is pushed around because of it's skid and flip it's not as aggressive as I assumed but worked well at the beginning of the second game on medium-high oil after bowling with the 3.5

  • I want this ball

  • Take this from me. I use a C-System 4.5. This ball didn't get the full aggression I wanted but this is a good Medium Oil ball. I've used the ball for around 6 months now and I had to have the ball sanded to a 1500 Grit Polished (i believe) so that I can get a tad more aggression. I've bowled some good games with it. If you're a begginer bowler that wants a ball with a good amount of hook, I recommend the 4.5. If you want more hook, the 3.5 is probably the best of them all for C-Systems.

  • I have the 4.5 drilled with the pin under, I am a power player and I like to go pin up on most of my equipment. I don't really use my 4.5 unless if it is a shorter pattern, plus I have this polished. Is this the right move? Someone help me out here.

  • @bahamarama22 not really. They do it to compare how the ball reacts. some people like longer length, and some like an earl breakpoint. there just showing how it would compare to their other balls

  • basically, the way they make these bowling balls look good is by saying how much better it is than another one of their own bowling balls. it doesnt really make sense......

  • you guys are bowling it different on 4:13

  • @i3enthebowlerkid I believe the 4.5 might have more hook if thrown the same shot. When reading reviews the 4.5 has an angular hook at the back end while the 2.5 has a smooth arc at the back end. Hope this helps, but note I'm not a pro at all this.

  • if u had a 2.5 and a 4.5 with same layout both 2000 grit with polish what one would hook more and what one would hook more on the backend??

  • the 2.5 is 4000 grit and the 4.5 is 500 grit. doesnt seem like a fair challenge to me. thew fact that the 2.5 can almost keep up with the 4.5 is kinda shameful for brunswick on how obsessed they are with making a profit so
