Jonathan Rhys Meyers sits down to discuss the love-life of Henry 8. The Tudors starts Sunday, April 1, at 10PM ET/PT! Bypassing the typical costume drama for a more scandalous take on the times, The Tudors will focus on the rarely dramatized, tumultuous early years of King Henry 8's nearly 40-year, omnipotent reign of England.

  • I loved it all, but srsly, Henry was only 5 years younger than Catherine but10/16 yrs older than Anne!!! For crying out loud! @ 1:10

  • @erikisimo Well he still played a great Henry the VIII. I mean, a lot of actors have played Henry. One was Australian, one was English, and so I think as long as they do their best, they look fine to me. He made the series actually. The real henry was probably ugly,f at, and a snob.

  • @BustaHiman I'm sorry but if he had put on 100 or 200 lbs to play Henry, the wouldn't have been successful and people wouldn't had drooled all over him.

  • @Chuckles123thefish He wasn't really nude at all.

  • @erikisimo LOL, maybe that's why he seems to have a home in London, England, and L.A. but not Ireland.

  • why is he still doing the British accent??? The Irish pushes out a little bit on some words... he's slippin

  • He played a great king - handsome, highly strung like most kings would have been. I didnt watch the nude scenes, but the whole set was beautifully re-created and Henry's wardrobe was to die for...better than anything a woman could want, yes.
