Unfortunately, the tendency on the part of government and law enforcement officials to purge dissent has largely undermined the First Amendment's safeguards for political free speech. In this week's vodcast, John Whitehead recommends the implementation of nationwide free speech forums and calls on all Americans to sound the alarm!
