Thanks for informing me about this - I was wondering why I couldn't get any replies to stories I digg lately. I guess because i'm not a "marketer". There's really nothing wrong with marketers - if you control THEM instead of letting them control you. I think I'm seeing my last days at digg, unless they change real quick.

The banning of all those users sounds like they were preening people who they felt didn't fit the "profile", and just "came up" with reasons to ban them. Ridiculous.

Bloody brilliant stuff mate. Kevin Rise is too much of a F.I.G.J.A.M. (Fuck I'm Good Just Ask Me) and so is Jay to be able to see how they are fucking themselves as well as digg. I was a power digger, 149 front page stories, dugg over 66,000 stories, made over 1,000 comments and got banned for using the digg boss script even though he designed it in terms of the digg API.
