I really don't like the concept of area bombing and cluster bombs, but really who actually does. The answer is a bit difficult, but I think deeply no-one likes war.

@TheSerbianguy im not an idiot shut the fuck up ur country and ur army are fuckin naziis who tried murdering an entire race in ur own country because u considered them inferior, so dont tell me about ''ooo u bombed civilian targets'' because most of the people deserved it for being fucking racist and obsessed with ethnic purity. i hope mladic is sentenced to death by having two trucks pull him apart.

@ATeamAnglers They are talking about civilian casualties you idiot. In war there cant be civilian casualties that are that much high, that isnt an accident.Proof: My country, Serbia. It was bombed by the US and NATO using cluster bombs and uranium bombs (that was used in vietnam) that were dropped on civilian targets (intended to cause civilian casualties)and they were not punished, of course. In war there are the armies and not the civilian.Anyone can drop bombs and say it was a mistake.

@Spitfire995 There are no "random terrorist groups" you ignorant idiot, that's the media and your government that sells you lies everyday and you believe them. You clearly didnt see the pictures of the dead bodies in the video.Imagine you are that dead body or a relative, how would you feel?Your country (US) and NATO bombed my country for 78 days, using cluster bombs and uranium bombs on civilian targets.

What makes cluster bombs any differen than dropping 1000 bombs in a carpet bombin run! I think I'd rather face cluster bombs... Since when are there rules in war? If you are willing to fight... Fight to win

@SSBCSI you is need learn grammar!
-
cluster bombs is illegal.....its crime against humanity
-
I would say keep the ban on export's but the cluster bombs have a large role to play in tactics and time it takes to secure an area if needed.

@GlockMod23 key words being have to. those killed by cluster bombs in cities minding their business were no threat.
So the US argument is that only 289 people died from cluster bombs in 2005 and that is an insignificant number. Disgusting!
