I think she did a nice job as a host on this show. I think on the Diddy show she could have changed her attitude up a bit, but I can see pass that to see that she will make it, because she is extremely determined. She just has to learn how to work better with people and she will be fine.

I'm sure all of us have made decisions that others would call stupid.
Think about it, I'm sure you've made some dumb ass decision in your life too, so stop judging other people like you're life is perfect when you know damn well it's not.
At least this chic is honest, and willing to put everything out there to bring awareness to the problem and hopefully someone who is sabotaging their own life right now my learn from her acknowledged mistake.

Sexual harrassment in the entertainment industry, and in any industry. That's what's disgusting!
Telling people they have to *uck you to get a career opportunity. Women and young girls face this everyday and now young men too, since gay people are running things now!

She got tired of the sexual harassment from the men in industry and really thought it would make them respect her and take her seriously and just do business, like Oprah, Queen Latifah or Monique. She regrets it now but says she really thought it would work since nothing else seemed to.
