A man claming to have lost both of his thumbs in a freak baking accident calls a mobile phone shop to enquire about the best mobile phone for him.

believe me when i talk about customer service.... the geeza was actually very polite and respected the individual... who gives a fuck about who is blacklisted just because of a few customer problems... the geeza was sound with him on the fone

Well if I spoke to someone on the phone at a shop and they had that attitude I would'nt shop there ever again, Currys and Clinton Cards have already been black listed.
For instance he could have given numorous examples of how he could hold the phone, he could have said if he comes down the the shop they will show him a few examples of how easy it could be operating the phone.
