@Illyea I don't agree with you there, he's still moving a bit so most likely he's just strapped down, if he were sedated enough that he couldn't move he wouldn't have any feeling either, also you can't die by pain, most likely he would just pass out because of the vasovagal response, which he did, and wouldn't have done if he was sedated.

@imsomadable123 They are heavily sedated so they can't move. They pump them up full of drugs so they stay alive while taking that much pain.

@Ammir1995 Probably, I played this when it first came out on an AMD Athlon 64 3700+, 1GB RAM and an Nvidia GeForce 6800GS. I'm pretty sure your setup will be able to run it no problem.
