It's a free World and you get your education where it's provided. American students also go China to study. It may not be the best universities there but the know-how must initially come from somewhere to later be able to develop the universites in China and where do you think is the best place to get it? While ALL conspiracy theories should be taken with a pinch of salt, one should recognize that China is different, one of a kind. It is a fierce communist state run from behind closed doors. Closed doors is their official policy. Paranoia should be discouraged and this report here is clearly paranoid, but keeping an eye out for China is always a smart move.
