The mouth of the just shall meditate wisdom,
and his tongue shall speak judgement.
Blessed is the man who suffers temptation;
for when he hath been proved, he shall recieve a crown of life.
Lord, fire divine, have mercy
Oh how holy, how serene,
How benign, how pleasant,
Oh lily of purity.
"Lilium."
On the fifth of the November, on the day of L Lawliet is destined to die, L can hear the ringing of a bell, briefly reminding him of a moment in his childhood and warning him of his impending doom. But what he didn't realise was that Misa Amane could also hear them.
Meanwhile, as Misa continues to pass judgement onto criminals, she remembers the promise she made to Light.
However, instead of betraying L, she decides to end her own life first in the hopes she wouldn't be forced to bare both the pain & guilt.
Later that evening, L joins her.
The song I've chosen is the opening theme song for the anime series: Elfen Lied.
*I hereby declare that I do not own neither the rights to both Death Note or "Lilium" and that I'm using them both for pleasure. Not profit.
