My Ridiculous Tree Planting Experience

My crew and I worked the hardest 12 hour days of our lives, got bitched at constantly, and hated our lives for a little over a week... all the while making absolutely no money!

I worked for this company this year, the management was amazing, the work was hard but worth it if you really pushed yourself. the comment about the top 1/3 making 250 a day it's more like the top 1/6 of people... but that's because the rest of the people just stop trying and are lazy as all hell. you're already there with basically no way out, might as well go all out and make decent money for the hell you're in.

would 100% plant for them again.

This is HRI at its finest this video is sooo true including actual quotes  I planted with this guy...he didnt last...This was the 2009 plant in OVF and Sapawe forest.... I was the only one of the 7 standing in the rain that didnt quit....lol PANSYS
