Video taken at PSP Chicago 07 at the chrono area after play, as you can tell it rained for the event.

Gun has Virtue set on ramping and capped at 16 (yes I know PSP stops at 15), gun has hybrid bolt guide, hybrid grips, ndz trigger, red/black swapped parts, and full freak.
