Look for older Carreño´s video...he is now almost 40. Nobody can jump high at that age. Not even Nureyev.

Angel Corella is younger...don´t forget that. Maybe 10 years younger than Carreño. You shuold see Carreño 15 years ago...but anyway he is almost 40 and is still a great dancer, with the elegance that Corella deserves but never had, and his expresivity is far away from Corella´s coldness.

You´re right,Carreño was a better dancer. More expresive than Corella and cleaner than him.

I just had a opportunity to watch him perform from between the backstage curtains a few weeks ago in NYC. I think my mouth was open the whole time.

This and Spectra de La Rose are the two pieces I need to see a male lead dance. They really seperate the dancers fromt eh would be dancers. each for different reasons. This man's turns are out of this world. I only enjoyed Misha and Fagawa's more . That is ahuge compliment. I love both of ther dancing and she is a true Prima. Bravo. I love youtube. Thanks to all who post wonderfult things like this!

i dont agree. corella is 32 right now, not more....not less. dance is art and obviously people percieve art differently....because angel makes me feel unexplainable things when i see him dancing. have you seen him as romeo??how can you talk about "corella's coldness" after seeing that???
carreño is not bad, but i personally prefer angel, bacuase of his expresivity and technik too.
