What's the matter with you people just because Beyonce sang the song an octave higher dosen't mean she can't sing. It's two separate versions damnnn. Give the artist respect for her professional version. Sorry Beyonce....you cant do it like Etta! Etta sung and PERFECTED such a classic. She is such a legendary songbird that Bey can only hope and pray for! She still sounds good....even at 70! Get it girl!

we? Please can we just keep this about how awesome Etta is and how three years ago in NJ she sounded that good? I'm a white man and I love blacks as much as my own race. You're being racist and i have no tolerance for it. And for the record Etta was half white(Swiss) and half black. We enjoy a super awesome person(Etta) from our races joining. Stop divisionism.

People people, please no putting down on here. It's about put Etta up. She is a great woman that didn't get what should should have for being such a force. What she put into her version was everything. And that's what will always set her apart.
