i think this is one of the most important films to see in america right now, besides Food.Inc

i went to see the movie. and i really learned quite a lot about the milk industry. specially, how milk became introduced to the americans and how the milk from industrialized cows can affect your health in the long run. this doesn't mean that milk is bad for you but how cows are raised and fed can have an impact in you... i think it would have been nice if the movie gave a better understanding of societies that don't drink milk and their differences to our diets.
