Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (ECD) commercializes materials, products and production processes for the alternative energy generation, energy storage and information technology markets. The Company's principal commercial products are its thin-film solar (photovoltaic (PV)) modules. ECD sells its PV modules globally. The Company also commercializes materials, products and production processes through third-party relationships, such as licenses and joint ventures. It has two principal joint ventures that are commercializing technologies invented by ECD: Cobasys LLC, which manufactures and sells rechargeable nickel metal hydride (NiMH) batteries primarily for transportation and stationary applications, and Ovonyx, Inc., which is commercializing phase-change memory devices through licensing and joint development agreements.     When you have the MACD coming down it takes at times a few hours for the price to change and come down too. That is why I have the R1 and R2 for targets. Great question!

  • How often do you see a stock that closed bullish like this open the next morning bearish and drop off hard? Is it a common thing? Thanks Moj! One of your best info videos yet :)
