Racism in Japan: Japanese right wing assault Korean school

In Japan, discrimination against the Korean minority who live in Japan since the colonial period is rampant. One can easily find abusive comments on Internet and some go as far as to threaten school children.

Kyoto Korean Primary School 1 does not have a school field and is using a park next to it for sports and assemblies.

The right wing activists accuse the school claimingly on behalf of the neigbourhood and make protests by removing the speaker/platform and giving strong verbal insults.

After WW2, North Korea and South Korea slaughtered many Japanese people and occupied the land in Japan. The land of this Korean school is one of them.

The persons involved in a North Korean school kidnaped Japanese people. Although the North Korean government accepted the fact kidnapping, there are many Japanese who have not been returned yet.

North Korea and South Korea perform propaganda, in order to hide these evil deeds.

It is like GHQ, Sea Shepherd, and the same kind.

@mehdan2 While the genetic makeup of Koreans is different from that of Japanese, their nationality was Japanese during the war because they were annexed, not by coercion or sabotage but with reluctance on Japanese' side. I am simply using FACTS to correct errors in your understanding.

The poster of this video is trying to make this seem like an act of racism, but the FACT is that this so-called Korean 'school' has been illegally occupying the public park for their own use for years.

@AhItsArah The name change was approved by plea of Koreans living in Manchuria. Since it is not mandatory, the Korean name was used in the Korean film and record.

The Japanese soldier of WW2 are Japanese and Korean, and Taiwanese. Korean soldiers in the Vietnam War has been a lot of rape. There is evidence Raihantan. However, the evidence of the rape of a Japanese soldier does not exist.

In the war a large number of innocent civilians were killed. Why all the bad Japanese only?

@chuchu1680 During WW2 Japanese occupied South Korea and made people change their names. Thousands starved and died under Japanese oppressive rule. Soldiers killed Korean families and raped Korean women.

My grandfather lived during this. Loved ones died and he nearly died of starvation. He does not hate Japan because it's over and now they aren't like that. As for your side, the war was still in progress and people die in war.

Both sides were hurt but it is no reason for this degree of racism.

The Korean people during the Second World War because it was Japanese nationality, slave labor does not exist.　Chongryon and Mindan is an organization a criminal group was formed. Koreans were brought to Japan as slave laborers in WW2, after the Fascist government invaded their country. A few Zainichi support North Korea, most support the pro-South organization Mindan. besides thousands of Japanese who support the Japanese Communist Party, why not protest against them?
