I think your horn player needs some help on his tone a bit. The flute kicked butt.

@MXCollin115 Eh, I stand by my comment. And I feel people can be cocky if they can back it up.
Also, calling someone an ass isn't very nice, so maybe you should follow your own advice ;D

@bethechangeic Remember that old saying: If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. Seriously, you just sounded like a cocky, arrogant ass.

Simply Fascinating.

@franklarry13 We are playing this for state band in a few weeks and the tempo is written ungodly slow. I'm a trumpet player... so when all the trumpets come in with the melody at measure 78 the quarter note is equal 52! (hopefully it will be faster than that) The fastest the piece ever gets is 76 per dotted quarter about halfway through. They actually took it a little faster than the actual tempo markings. I do agree it is slightly too slow though! It makes it very hard to find the phrases. :)

Too Slow, This Is conducted really good, but The Speed Makes it Sorta boring, but after all, Good Job Japs:)

Biggest mistake, acknowledging you made a mistake while performing. euphonium player im talking to you
-
I KNOW!!!! i played this WAY better on a sight read!! this was just kind of bad....
-
out of tune. and the euph solo was bad. no offence. the flute solo was ok, but our flute player played it better when we sight read this. actually our entire band did a better job. but were a high school wind symphony, which is the top band in an 8 band school...and i play euph so....
also, they're all Asian, so i expected more.
this song means a lot to me and my school (death reasons) and that's the only reason I'm being harsh.

Upon more watching, yes the solos and the solis tend to drag a little bit, the horn and flute ones especially. Still, a nice beautiful sound.
pretty nice, my ensemble, the Syracuse University Symphony Band is playing this tommorow at our parents weekend concert and we also are taking the tempo a little faster or otherwise our euphonium soloist would die, also I feel like the tympanist (the part I play on this piece) didnt give some of the emotional rolls and swells their full value

Thx. The euphonium plaist is a senior high school student in Hualien. About the Tympanist, I think maybe this kind of performance is what he what. The conductor gave much freedom in performancing to percussion. So each performance of percussion thought my themselve.

this is a pretty song, but the flutes need to say in tempo, they're holding the song back which is taking the emotion away

Did you mean the flute solo in not in tempo? But I think this melody would be better if some rubato
