The toast burning scene totally reminded me of yesterday morning. I put some toast with butter on it in the toaster oven then went to go make a sandwich. I finished making my sandwich, smelled something burning and remembered my toast. it was in flames. My ass got fried worse than that toast by my stepmother. that's the second time i've done it. i dont think i'm allowed to make toast again. of course than that night dad make me make rice. it cooked perfectly. I'm 15 and cant make toast. :(

oh god...this is actually physically painful to watch. he's a fantastic actor. again, everything he does is honest, and real. he truely CRIES
I was uneasy all through the beginning of this part....I knew something was going to happen, but honestly was worried for Alan, because he doesnt understand and wouldnt know how to react. his family has to deal with the reprocusions.

That bit from 9:23 on had me bawling.
Emotion (like crying) is one of the most difficult things to act out, and in my opinion David is one of the best at it. Anytime that man breaks into tears, it just tears me up inside.
I had never seen this movie before (living in America), but thank you so much for uploading it.
