@GerryButlerfan109 That is wrong on many levels. You hear that it is the exact same vocal here as on the movie and soundtrack. You can not sing the song THAT alike every time. It is definately lip sync, they just cut the song at the end.

My best friends sister got to meet Ewan in Seattle and he said that one thing that was different about this movie is that they didn't do a lot of voice overs for the singing. That's why the lips match up so perfect. Because they weren't lip synching to a playback of themselves, they were actually just singing while filming. :) You can tell that this is live sung, especially cause at the end his voice goes out and everyone else's comes in. It wouldn't do that if it was a recording. :)
