We've now had quite a few quad copters at the field. Mine, Steve has two, Tyler's AR Drone and another quad taking some 360degree pictures. I"ll post the link at the bottom of the description.
My Gaui 330 has done really well, lasted through a few crashes, has made an excellent cam platform and very agile fast flyer.
Steve's first quad is an Arduino board and very large quad, with the ability to move to waypoints, loiter in an area, has wifi hookup to the lap top, sonar, barometer, acceleratometers and 3 axis gyro. Awesome tech, that's still in the beta testing for the software though. His 2nd quad is a smaller sportier version, and we have had it doing flips at Kamikaze just tonight. Great fun, so much that I bought a board and frame off Steve, so I"ll have my 3rd quad LOL
Tylers AR drone is very cool, with two cameras on board, one facing forward and one down, and they stream right to the controller which is an Ipod or even an Andoid I understand.
There's some onboard footage of one of the quads, also mine chasing around a Baja, and doing more nature videography following our local deer.
I so want to see the bear just before he goes into hibernation LOL, he'll want to swat at the quad maybe.
Tons of great quad stuff in here, and there will be more quad videos to come for sure.
This is the link for the 360degree view of StrykerFest from a quad!!

So thanks for watching, keep commenting and sharing with friends.

Another amazing video Ronin. It seems like you've seen your fair share of multi rotors. I was wondering if you're happy with the Guai or if you would recommend a different model you've seen. Or should I just build one my self? Thanks for the info.

@sshukri0 thanks a lot, I would say the Gaui is pretty good out of the box, but a lot of people including myself, seem to have the odd glitch at high speeds. The one I'm flying now is the Wiicopter Paris board and it seems to work really well. Just be good to have the usb link for it, so you can tweak and turn up your rates. The Wii board you see in here is the one doing the flips. Since then we've gotten about 3 more of those ones at the field, awesome agility!

Really cool! I haven't picked one up yet, but it's still on my list.
Great video.

@joehandsome99 thanks Eric. Just got the new wiicopter board, same one as steve is using to do his flips and rolls with. Should have it up and running soon hopefully. $120 for motors and escs on hobbypartz and 90 for the board, 35 for the frame. Less than a good EDF to put together
