@CardiganBabe you should exhale while you lower your body down from boat, and then inhale while you lift up. you want to exhale when you're exerting the most energy/using the most muscles. just like when you do crunches you exhale as you crunch.
First, thanks a lot for your videos, they really help me.
But I have a problem with the abs routines : I'm not that fat (114.64 pounds for 5.2 ft) but I have an AWFULL belly. And when I try this routine, my belly "inflates" during the exercices, even though I do my best to keep it as flat as possible. It is so gross that it makes cry sometimes. Would you have some tip to help me?
Great job! I wonder if you should've had some sort of disclaimers in there because some moves like the straight leg lifts could really hurt someones back if they don't have sufficient strength to support their trunk. It is always a pleasure to watch your videos, they are very professionally done. Thanks for sharing Tara
those mini boat lifts were a killer!! can't do even one for me haha
