Erm... I'm not sure what they're all called - I worked it out from watching her elevator video (it's in my favourites in case you have trouble finding it). But basically it's C-shape on the 3rd fret (from the capo, I have it at the 5th but you could move it around for your voice), C, Em, C but with ring finger on the low E string and middle finger on the A, G, and the chorus is Am, Em, Am, Em, F, Em,F, then 2 chords I kinda made up... sorry... :0S

I use G6 -- Cmaj7 -- C -- C7 instead of the last two cords you made up (after F). Works for me...
